Overview
Welcome to Remanent Picks. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Remanent Picks, an independent online shop based in Tampa, Florida, United States. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use remanentpicks.com and buy from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. How our shop works
Remanent Picks curates products from independent U.S. brands through Shopify Collective. When you place an order, your purchase is made with Remanent Picks, and the item is packed and shipped directly to you by the brand that makes it. If your order includes products from different brands, they may arrive in separate packages.
2. Your account
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you check out, and you are responsible for keeping any account login secure.
3. Products
We work to show every product, price and description accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product information is provided by the brands we work with and may be updated when they change their products. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error is found. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather or holidays. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are always covered.
8. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review, comment or suggestion, you allow us to use it to improve and promote our shop. Reviews must be honest and reflect your own experience. We do not publish reviews that are fake, paid for, or written by us.
9. Intellectual property
The Remanent Picks name and the original content on this site belong to Remanent Picks. Product names, photos and trademarks belong to their respective brands and are used with their permission through Shopify Collective.
10. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to other websites or use services from third parties such as Shopify and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remanent Picks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
