Our Promise

We want you to love every candle and home piece you order from Remanent Picks. If something isn't right, we'll help you fix it.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused (candles must be unburned)
  • In the same condition you received it, in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at hello@remanentpicks.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@remanentpicks.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Our products ship from different independent makers, so the return address can vary by item.
  3. Ship the item back following those instructions.

Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Items We Can't Accept for Return

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Food, beverages, tea and coffee
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Leather butterfly chairs (final sale because of their size and weight)
  • Sale items and gift cards

This doesn't apply to items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Those are always covered.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
